Can you choose your own doctor?
Yes, we can pay any doctor of your choice. We mail or wire transfer funds directly to your doctor.
Unless they do not accept checks or wire transfers (always prior to surgery) we can work with any doctor. Can we make multiple payments and to whom?
Yes, this is common. We frequently have to cut multiple checks, one to the doctor, hospital, anesthesiologist etc..
All payments are sent to your medical providers not to patients. What happens after you apply on-line?
After your application is received, you will receive a message notifying you that your application has been pre-approved,
co-signer required, declined or is pending and being reviewed. Your final approval status will be sent to you via e-mail or

Telephone and Fax Applications?
If you call in your application, your loan consultant will tell you your loan status upon completing your phone application.
Processing Time?
Your loan application is generally processed within 5 to 15 minutes depending on the lending partners reviewing your application.
What is the Approval Procedure?
Once your application is approved, will need some additional information to process your loan. Since we provide funds directly to
your doctor, our representatives will need to know the name of your surgeon, anesthesiologist and surgical facility. We will also need to
know the date of your scheduled surgery.
How long is an approval valid for?
